Job Description: HR Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst
Position Overview:
The HR Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst plays a vital role in managing and maintaining the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and related systems. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, validity, and integrity of HR data while keeping up with industry best practices and technological advancements. The HRIS Analyst collaborates with HR and IT teams to develop, enhance, and optimize HRIS functionality, and provides analytical support to HR stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administer and maintain the HRIS database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data at all times.
2. Develop, implement, and enhance HRIS processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve HRIS-related issues, providing technical support and guidance as needed.
4. Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
5. Analyze HRIS data to generate meaningful reports, metrics, and analytics for HR and organizational decision-making.
6. Assist in the design and implementation of HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
7. Provide end-user training and support for HRIS and related systems, ensuring employees and managers can effectively utilize HR tools.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HRIS, proactively recommending improvements and innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
